Job Description:

The role of Advanced Case Manager is critical to supporting community safety and contributing to the effectiveness of court practice streams.

This position involves managing a caseload of complex offenders, conducting risk assessments, preparing case plans, providing interventions, and challenging offending behaviours.

Advanced Case Managers will also play a key role in enhancing the capacity of court practice streams to provide high-quality services, fostering good working relationships, and guiding team members.

  • Foster strong offender engagement and case management skills
  • Demonstrate exceptional interviewing skills and goal-setting abilities
  • Possess strong written communication skills for report preparation
