With your proactive, safety-first approach, you'll add value through your broad skills in Health, Safety and Wellbeing, by partnering with people leaders on range of safety functions and improvements.

You'll support the identification, planning and delivery of projects, guiding teams of internal and external cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives that promote zero harm.

By creating a culture where our people are empowered to take steps to reduce environmental risks and behaviours that may impact safety, your will foster an environment where risks and hazards are identified and controlled.

About You

A safety champion, you promote high performance, motivating and enabling others to make the necessary changes to safely deliver our organisational strategy.

As the Safety Business Partner, you are naturally inquisitive and highly collaborative. You are an influencer of others and apply a consultative approach with stakeholders to achieve exceptional outcomes. Using your initiative, you enjoy working with others to create safety first culture providing expert advice on Occupational Health & Safety legislation and regulations.

You're a trusted partner, providing specialist advice and contributing to the strategic plan in your business portfolio. This experience will be underpinned by a formal certification in Health and Safety. This role will see travel to various sites across the region and as such you will need a driver's license to attend our locations.
