Job Title: Service Delivery Expert

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, undertaking a range of administration tasks, and effectively utilizing Microsoft Office software and other applications.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in accordance with established service standards.
  • Undertake administration tasks including scheduling, preparation of agendas and minutes, correspondence, electronic records management, permit administration, electronic purchasing, receipting and invoicing, statutory reporting, and compliance monitoring.
  • Proactively monitor administrative requirements, identifying opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and service delivery.
