About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of civil infrastructure components, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of civil structures and systems into the overall project plan.
• Manage the construction of civil infrastructure, supervising contractors and ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop innovative approaches to address civil engineering challenges and improve the efficiency of construction operations.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, clients, and community representatives, to align with project objectives and expectations.
• Promote sustainable engineering practices to reduce environmental impact, in line with our commitment to environmental responsibility.
• Initiate and foster the enhancement of processes and methodologies to establish new industry benchmarks in civil infrastructure development.

Requirements

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, complemented by significant experience in civil infrastructure projects.
• A proven track record of leading civil construction and engineering teams in large-scale, multifaceted projects.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, standards, and compliance obligations.
• Outstanding project management and leadership abilities, capable of inspiring teams and managing resources efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
