Our organisation is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join as a Community Development Pathways Leader. This role will be crucial in nurturing the growth and development of place-based, community-led approaches.

About the Role:

We believe in creating strong and caring communities where people can thrive. We are looking for a leader who can help us achieve this vision by driving community-led change and transformation.

As the Community Development Pathways Leader, your role will be leading the implementation of our Community Services and Housing Strategy across multiple sites. You will play a crucial part in providing strategic team leadership to bring about impactful and sustainable change through place-based collaboration and co-design.

About You:

  • Degree or post-graduate qualifications in Community Development, Social Work or related field
  • Experience working in a Community Services environment and Community Development
  • Hold valid NSW Driver's Licence
  • Hold current Working with Children Check
  • Hold current First Aid Certificate or be willing to obtain one

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement program plans within the Best Practice Frameworks of the Community Service Sector
  • Provide strategic team leadership to bring about impactful and sustainable change
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members
  • Nurture the growth and development of place-based, community-led approaches
