**Technical Support Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our dynamic team in Newcastle. As part of our ambitious digital transformation program, Fusion, you will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting ICT hardware, software, and peripheral devices deployments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in core technologies common in diagnostic pathology settings, including server/workstation operating systems, basic networking, desktop PC and peripherals hardware installs, and systems monitoring tools. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or Information Technology are essential.

You will work closely with the Technology Architect to ensure seamless implementation and support of our State-wide Laboratory Information Management System (SW LIMS). Your ability to create and maintain detailed documentation, troubleshoot technical issues, and communicate complex solutions to non-technical stakeholders will be highly valued.
