
Hearing Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our dynamic team. As a leading provider of innovative hearing care solutions, we develop and distribute cutting-edge technology that redefines the future of our industry.
About the Role:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of clients' hearing loss using various techniques, including audiometric tests
- Report results in writing and make referrals to medical practitioners as needed
- Provide expert recommendations for clients with hearing impairments, including amplification devices, implantable technologies, medical interventions, and assistive listening devices, along with aural rehabilitation programs
- Offer counseling, advice, and information to clients and their families as part of overall treatment
- Assist in developing and managing noise control and hearing conservation strategies
- Provide treatment and management for hearing and communication disorders related to age, disability, or acquired conditions
- Audiology degree from a recognized university or TAFE qualification in Audiometry
- CURRENT membership (CCP) or eligibility for membership (CCP) of AudA or ACAud
- Current QP number
- Strong audiological skills and knowledge
- Excellent customer care and service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
- Ability to learn and understand new software with training
- Proven ability to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Good team working skills
- Ability to network with General Practitioners and other allied health professionals
