Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our dynamic team. As a leading provider of innovative hearing care solutions, we develop and distribute cutting-edge technology that redefines the future of our industry.

About the Role:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of clients' hearing loss using various techniques, including audiometric tests
  • Report results in writing and make referrals to medical practitioners as needed
  • Provide expert recommendations for clients with hearing impairments, including amplification devices, implantable technologies, medical interventions, and assistive listening devices, along with aural rehabilitation programs
  • Offer counseling, advice, and information to clients and their families as part of overall treatment
  • Assist in developing and managing noise control and hearing conservation strategies
  • Provide treatment and management for hearing and communication disorders related to age, disability, or acquired conditions
Key Qualifications:
  • Audiology degree from a recognized university or TAFE qualification in Audiometry
  • CURRENT membership (CCP) or eligibility for membership (CCP) of AudA or ACAud
  • Current QP number
  • Strong audiological skills and knowledge
  • Excellent customer care and service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Ability to learn and understand new software with training
  • Proven ability to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Good team working skills
  • Ability to network with General Practitioners and other allied health professionals
