Audiology Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in assessing and diagnosing hearing loss, as well as providing solutions for those with hearing impairments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive audiometric tests and assessments to determine the extent of client hearing loss
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address hearing impairments, including amplification, implantable devices, and assistive listening devices
  • Provide counseling and advice to clients and families on hearing health and communication strategies
  • Collaborate with medical practitioners to ensure effective referrals and management of hearing-related disorders
  • Assist with the development and implementation of noise control and hearing conservation strategies

Requirements

  • University qualification in Audiology or related field
  • Current membership or eligibility for membership of relevant professional bodies
  • Strong audiological skills and knowledge, with excellent customer care and service skills
  • Ability to learn and understand new software with training
  • Proven ability to achieve performance targets and KPIs
  • Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
