Project Development and Management Lead

The Project Development and Management Lead plays a key role in overseeing the development and delivery of major assessment programs.

This involves:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for leading project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Ensuring effective stakeholder management through communication, negotiation, and issues resolution to meet project objectives.
  • Driving continuous improvement in project management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with stakeholders. They will also have a deep understanding of the education sector and be able to drive improvements in student achievement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development and delivery of a portfolio of assessment programs.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for continuous monitoring and evaluation of projects.
  3. Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues resolution.
