">The Senior Assessment Specialist role involves providing timely, efficient and accountable determinations on matters referred for assessment with the customer payments team.

">To be successful in this position, you will need to have experience working in a dynamic fast-paced environment and have sound written and verbal customer service skills.
">Main Responsibilities
">- Provide accurate and reliable assessments of customer matters referred for assessment
- Support and provide information to customers to assist with their assessment needs
- Work collaboratively with the customer payments team to ensure effective delivery of services
- Develop and maintain knowledge of customer policies, procedures and frameworks
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement
Key Requirements
">- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Experience in customer service, either face-to-face or over the telephone
