Job Title: Logistics Care Specialist

The key objective of this role is to proactively resolve customer complaints and provide visibility on backorders throughout the Order To Payment journey.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for candidates keen to develop their career in Logistics & Supply Chain Operations, working collaboratively with various teams to achieve seamless customer experiences.

  • Responsibilities include resolving customer care notifications and feedback related to logistics, processing returns, and utilizing systems to record actions taken and characteristics of orders identified as potential failures.
  • Key tasks also involve providing communication on back-order management, supporting Account Managers on logistics-related inquiries, developing partnerships with materials management/transportation/warehouse teams, and building trust with field sales to increase productivity and reduce inbound calls.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a solid knowledge of SAP systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with logistics processes and related business processes, such as Product Portfolio Management, is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are essential, along with strong PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication, organization, and analytical skills are necessary, as well as the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and make decisions.
