Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Strategy Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading the distribution strategy for our Cable, Broadcast, and Streaming portfolio.

As a Distribution Strategy Manager, you will work closely with multiple teams across the organization, including Content, Distribution, Business Development, Product and Technology, Marketing, Finance, Ad Sales, and corporate leadership. Your primary goal will be to define and complete Paramount's distribution strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive distribution strategy for our cable, broadcast, and streaming services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience from investment banking, consulting, or similar roles
  • Strong academic background in business, finance, or related fields (Bachelor's degree required)
  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence across teams
  • Deep quantitative and analytical skills, with a shown ability to apply data to drive decision making
