We are seeking a skilled Multifaceted Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of analytical and communication skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts and ensuring optimal supply planning across our global network.

  • Demand Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for a portfolio of brands, utilizing historical data and market trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align forecasts with market trends and promotional activities, fostering a culture of transparency and open communication.
  • Trend Analysis: Analyze demand variances, identify trends, and drive improvements in forecast accuracy, applying data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ssupply Chain Management: Monitor supply outlook and inventory levels to support supply planning and avoid stockouts, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing disruptions.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycles, providing actionable insights that drive business growth.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of customer service, order management, and physical distribution systems, as well as proficiency in planning tools and systems such as SAP, JDA Demand, BW, and Microsoft Office.
