Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities and their families.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality support services that enable customers to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the integrity and work closely with the Team Leader in the direction of supports and plans/goals of the customer.
  • Act as the go-to person between key internal and external stakeholders supporting the customer.
  • Lead advocate for the customer alongside the Team Leader.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Certificate IV in Disability, Social Work or Community Service.
  • Proven relevant experience as a Disability Support Worker or similar.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good computer skills.
