Job Description:As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills to create and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include processing customer orders and/or enquiries, as well as performing administrative tasks as required.

Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential for this role.
- Previous call centre experience is preferred, particularly in the food service industry.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Word and Excel, is also required.
- Candidates must be able to work under pressure in a team environment.
