Commercial Property Sales Executive
">- This role involves leading the sales, listing & marketing of commercial properties across Greater Bendigo and surrounding areas.
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and maintaining a high presence in the marketplace.
- Key responsibilities include sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties.
- You must have an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers to negotiate property transactions from start to finish.
- Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property is essential.
- You are a commercially astute hunter who is able to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A natural entrepreneur with B2B experience is ideal for this role.
- You must be an excellent communicator with a willingness to learn and ambitions to grow.
- A current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate is required.
