Key Responsibilities:- Assist the team with daily tasks, ensuring accurate measurement, analysis, and reporting of the bank's liquidity position and regulatory compliance under APS 210 Liquidity.
- Develop and refine the bank's quantitative liquidity modeling infrastructure to maximize benefits across all departments.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and mining, leveraging liquidity data to drive informed decision-making.
- Support system architecture and design, data management within systems, and data extraction for strategic utilization.
- Pursue ongoing learning and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to the team's success.
- A strong educational background in Banking and Finance, Commerce, Risk Management, or a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics, or Actuarial Science.
- Proficiency in coding languages, with R and/or SQL being advantageous.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with complex formulas and multi-sheet/multi-workbook reporting frameworks.
- Knowledge of Power BI is highly regarded.
- Quantitative analytical capabilities are essential.
- Previous Treasury experience, particularly in Liquidity Risk, is highly valued.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and grow.
