About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Pricing Specialist to join our dynamic team, playing a crucial role in developing and implementing pricing strategies for our commercial insurance products.

This exciting opportunity will challenge you to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop recommendations that drive business growth and improve risk selection. You will be part of a collaborative environment, working closely with various stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To design and implement pricing frameworks that optimize risk selection and achieve business objectives.
  • To provide pricing recommendations and proposals that align with our overall pricing strategy.
  • To monitor key performance metrics and analyze pricing factors within designated portfolios.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Pricing, Portfolio, Actuarial, Finance, Claims, and Distribution, to deliver end-to-end pricing initiatives.
  • To offer technical support on model methodologies and their implementation.
  • To assist Senior Pricing Advisors, Pricing Managers & Team members in making required pricing recommendations, implementing, and monitoring them accurately.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A degree in IT, Mathematics, Science, Business, or Actuarial Studies is highly desired.
  • 1+ years of experience in Insurance, Finance, or Statistical Modelling is preferred.
  • The ability to engage collaboratively to achieve individual, team, and divisional goals.
  • Bachelor-level knowledge of finance and understanding of key business drivers, with the ability to interpret and analyze reports relevant to the area of responsibility.
