Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Order Analyst to support our sales team in building and positioning complex orders.

This key role involves assisting Sales teams in developing and managing day-to-day quote and pricing approvals, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver analytical solutions and pricing models that meet business objectives.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sales teams in building and positioning complex orders
  • Manage day-to-day quote and pricing approvals
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure opportunities are properly built and tracked in Salesforce
  • Capture and operationalize feedback from Sales teams about pricing and packaging effectiveness
  • Analyze pricing, discounting, and margin data
