
Coordinating Specialist

Ventia seeks an individual to fill the role of Project Manager, responsible for coordinating project delivery across various locations.
This key position involves working closely with multiple stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and effective coordination of tasks, deadlines, and resources.
The successful candidate will be able to manage competing priorities, handle complex situations effectively, and provide exceptional support to team members.
- Validate subcontractor documentation and contracts
- Collaborate with site engineers to ensure accurate artefact data
- Submit variations and contract notices through client portals
- Raise and manage CRQs (Change Requests)
- Support SAP-based material ordering and inventory management
- Prepare completion status reports and daily updates
- Maintain accurate records for reconciliation and handover
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Experience in civil telco construction, particularly in the NBN or Telstra space
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfort in high-volume, time-critical environments
