Job Title: Asset Maintenance Specialist

Job Overview

As an Asset Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating asset registers and CMMS data, coordinating planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and vendor performance, reviewing PPM invoices and purchase orders for accuracy, and assisting in preparing reports, audits, and compliance documentation.

This role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage high volumes of data, reporting, and asset information. You will work closely with senior executives, colleagues, and service providers to ensure accurate and up-to-date asset registers and maintenance schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update asset registers and CMMS data
  • Coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and vendor performance
  • Review PPM invoices and purchase orders for accuracy
  • Assist in preparing reports, audits, and compliance documentation
  • Support Facilities Managers and client representatives with contract and vendor administration
  • Participate in monthly reporting, compliance checks, and process improvements
  • Foster positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and teams

Requirements include a strong understanding of facilities management principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
