Responsibilities- Prepare customs clearance declarations and classify products for accurate valuation.
- Update system databases and ensure shipments are cleared on time.
- Liaise with internal and external customers and respond to queries promptly.
- Assist with transport operations and complete designated training.
- Perform tasks as requested under the supervision of the Brokerage Manager.
- Australian Customs Brokers License or acquired within 12 months.
- Knowledge of government regulations and standard operational procedures.
- Understanding of ICS and third-party systems, accounting, and freight shipping terms.
- Alignment with company attributes and culture.
- Basic mathematical skills and comprehensive understanding of goods movement.
