**About the Role**

We're seeking a dynamic Community Engagement Manager to lead our retirement community. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate daily operations, including safety, security, maintenance, compliance, and events
  • Build resident satisfaction by creating a vibrant and inclusive culture throughout the community
  • Implement financial budgets and manage financial performance
  • Ensure correct implementation and ongoing village compliance with all policies and procedures

**Requirements:**

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing management role
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and managing financial budgets
