Duty Manager/Night Fill Manager

As a Duty Manager/Night Fill Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team in a dynamic supermarket environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in supermarket management and merchandise expertise.

  • Serve customers with a smile, providing personalized assistance and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Main accuracy in point-of-sale operations, cash handling, and stock management to minimize errors and optimize productivity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives, share best practices, and foster a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
