In this role, you can expect to work through a diverse range of responsibilities including:
- Developing management teams
- Assisting customers
- Ordering and replenishing shelves and displays
- Rostering staff
- Maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment
- Ensuring KPI adherence
- Conducting team training and development
The ideal candidate will have experience in a supermarket environment, proven ability in managing inventory and merchandise, experience in managing a team, sound knowledge of supermarket best practices, retail passion and experience, and a customer-focused approach.
Your excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships with your team will guarantee your success in this role.
