Job Title: Store Operations Manager

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Store Operations Manager, where you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

You will be responsible for leading a team of retail staff, developing and implementing operational strategies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the supermarket.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient inventory management, ordering, merchandising, and pricing to drive sales growth and maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization.
  • Store Standards: Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Loss Prevention: Implement effective measures to prevent loss and promote workplace safety.
  • Customer Service: Uphold exceptional service standards, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Sales Growth: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • A recent relevant supermarket retail experience with proven track record in achieving targets and maintaining best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to create a supportive, encouraging, and positive team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to develop strong relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage personal workload.
  • Sound knowledge of supermarket operations, merchandising, and inventory management.
