Job Title: Support Care Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a qualified Support Care Specialist to deliver quality care services in multiple settings across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and daily living assistance to clients in SIL and in-home settings, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
- Assist clients with community access, transport, and social participation activities.
- Support clients with meal preparation, light household duties, and domestic assistance tasks.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and report on outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum 1 year experience in Disability Support or a related field.
- A Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification).
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check.
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- A valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
- Up-to-date COVID vaccinations.
This is a casual position offering flexibility and variety in your work schedule. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and contribute to a team that values compassion, respect, and professionalism.
