
Senior Claims Management Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Claims Service Consultant to enhance our claims management capabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in complex customer service environments, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services and exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities will include reviewing and identifying claims that do not fall within policy scope, liaising with stakeholders on dispute resolution, preparing and drafting documentation, developing strategic relationships, and maintaining knowledge of insurance guidelines and legislation.
As a Senior Claims Service Consultant, you will optimise business value by leveraging your technical expertise in relevant insurance lines, associated legislation, and industry best practices.
A strong attention to detail, proficiency in systems and software, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
