General Hand Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Hand to join our team. As a General Hand, you will work alongside a crew of people with diverse abilities, completing gardening, grounds maintenance, landscaping, and site clean-ups for commercial customers.

This role is based in the Busselton area and involves working across various locations in the Lower South West. The position is permanent, full-time, and requires working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist supported employees in completing gardening and grounds work.
  • Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Take a proactive approach to maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Maintain accurate records, including timesheets and work orders.
Requirements:
  • A positive attitude towards working with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions.
  • Effective communication skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Practical skills, particularly in gardening or trade areas.
  • A valid driver's license.
