Gardening Supervisor

**Job Overview**

As a Supervisor in our Property Care team, you will have the opportunity to lead and work alongside a crew of people with disabilities in completing gardening and grounds maintenance tasks for long-established clients.

Based in our Busselton hub, this permanent full-time position involves working across various locations in the Lower South West. The role is Monday to Friday, 7:24am-3:30pm, and offers an hourly rate of $36.61 (approximately $72,500 equivalent).

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Supervising and supporting employees in gardening and grounds work, including mowing, pruning, weeding, whipper snipping, planting, and leaf blowing.

- Assisting employees in developing skills that enable them to pursue their goals and aspirations.

- Ensuring safe work practices, including equipment operation and maintaining records on attendance, job sheets, and machine maintenance.

**Requirements**

- A strong attitude towards working with people with disabilities.

- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in the great outdoors and perform physical tasks.

- Handy with tools, horticulture, landscaping, gardening, or trade background beneficial.
