**Grounds Person/Gardener Opportunity**

Are you an outdoor enthusiast with a green thumb? We are seeking a reliable and skilled Grounds Person/Gardener to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Maintain lawns, gardens, and flower beds through regular mowing, trimming, and edging
- Plant, weed, and prune flowers and shrubs for a visually appealing landscape
- Remove debris and rake leaves to keep the area clean and safe
- Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and in good working order
- Assist with landscaping projects as needed, working collaboratively with the team
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is preferred but not essential; we will train the right person
- Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment, with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, with a strong focus on safety and well-being
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

**What We Offer:**

- Competitive hourly rate: $31.94 - $41.33 per hour

**Schedule and Work Location:**

- Day shift and morning shifts available, Monday to Friday
