Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Sydney CBD.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property management, with a focus on leasing, tenant engagement and retention.

You will work closely with corporate tenants, facilities teams and asset managers to ensure our premium buildings perform at the highest standard.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants
  • Manage leasing, renewals, rent reviews and make good obligations
  • Oversee budgets, financial reporting and compliance
  • Support leasing initiatives and asset strategies
  • Conduct regular inspections to uphold A-Grade standards

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3–5+ years' commercial property management experience (A-Grade or Premium preferred)
  • Confident communication skills with strong negotiation abilities
  • Knowledge of lease administration, arrears and property accounting
  • Experience with Yardi (or similar)
