The Opportunity

As a senior commercial property manager, you will play a key role in optimizing asset performance and meeting growing tenant expectations.

The core purpose of this role is to work in a changeable environment and shape the future of systems and processes. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams for broader business outcomes and think strategically to present opportunities that enhance commercial returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage lease renewals and disposals, ensuring optimal asset utilization and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive asset growth and value creation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Requirements:

You will need at least five years of intermediate to senior-level experience in commercial, retail, or industrial property. A stable tenure in recent roles and progressive career profile are essential, as well as good knowledge of the broader real estate industry.

You will enjoy working autonomously, taking ownership of the Asset Management process, assisted by a property administrator. This busy yet rewarding role involves managing relationships with external parties, negotiating contracts, and providing expert advice to clients.

  • Good knowledge of the broader real estate industry.
  • Established networks of contacts in commercial agencies.
  • Experience working with private investors or not-for-profit groups is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on task management.
What We Offer:

A salary package of between $130,000 and $145,000 subject to experience and some flexibility to work from home. This is an immediate and exclusive opportunity.
