About the Role

MUFG Americas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Project Finance to join our team. As a key member of our project finance team, you will be responsible for providing support and management of project finance origination activities to new and existing clients of MUFG Americas.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project finance, with experience in arranging project finance transactions, managing credit matters, and providing structuring, ratings, and other project advisory services.

You will work closely with our Managing Directors and Directors to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and will be responsible for managing and instructing junior staff.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong track record of success in project finance. If you have a passion for project finance and a desire to work with a leading financial institution, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and management of project finance origination activities to new and existing clients of MUFG Americas
  • Arrange project finance transactions and manage credit matters
  • Provide structuring, ratings, and other project advisory services
  • Work closely with Managing Directors and Directors to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and instruct junior staff
Requirements
  • 4-6 years' experience in project finance
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Good communication skills with the ability to influence others
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments
  • Previous experience in a leadership role providing guidance and mentorship to a developing team
