We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in commercial management, particularly in the civil and infrastructure space.

About the Role

This role will involve overseeing the commercial function across multiple live projects, from tender to project completion. You will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating head contracts, assessing pre-award contracts for compliance, and creating back-to-back contract terms to pass through head contract obligations to subcontractors.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree qualification in a relevant field such as business law, construction management, commerce, or quantity surveying. You should also have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role within the Australian civil and infrastructure space. Additionally, you will need to have demonstrated experience in dispute management, be able to travel to site on an ad hoc basis, and bring a positive, solution-focused attitude to the role.
