Leadership Opportunity

The role of Executive General Manager is a pivotal position in our national store network, driving profitable growth and operational excellence. This influential and results-driven leader will be responsible for implementing the company's store strategy across retail, trade, and design sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Store Strategy Playbook with measurable KPIs to drive sales and brand strength.
  • Collaborate with the Trade Strategy team to support growth in trade targets.
  • Contribute to broader corporate strategy as part of the Executive Management Team.
  • Ensure consistent and compliant store operations, continuously improving processes.
  • Maintain a safe, efficient, and productive environment, minimizing risks.
  • Lead and develop the Store Leadership Team to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Manage the retail budget to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Report to the CEO and Board on performance, risks, and opportunities.
About You
  • Proven executive leadership experience in multi-site retail and operations management.
  • A successful track record in retail and trade growth, profitability, and customer experience.
  • Experience leading large, dispersed teams with a focus on culture and performance.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and operational skills.
  • Inspirational leadership with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead transformation and change projects at a national level.
