Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. This is a key role in the store, reporting directly to the Store Manager and responsible for achieving sales targets and operating a smooth-running store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and effective management of resources.
  • Mentor and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of exceptional customer service and driving results through positive reinforcement.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans, drive floor sales, and achieve business outcomes.
  • Oversee stock control, health and safety, and store security standards, maintaining a secure and compliant environment.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with 5+ years of experience in retail management.
  • Demonstrated track record of achievement in sales leadership, with expertise in staff management, marketing, and inventory control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and empower teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
