Compassionate Home and Personal Care Provider

We are seeking a qualified Care Worker with experience in providing home help services and personal care.
The ideal candidate will have a Cert III qualification in Aged Care or Individual Support, or Disability, and at least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing home help services such as general housekeeping, cleaning, mopping and vacuuming floors, washing, folding and ironing laundry, meal preparation and grocery shopping.
- Providing personal care services such as assisting clients to take their medications, assisting with mobility and therapy goals, providing complex care for customers with high care needs, providing social and emotional support.
- Cert III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Disability.
- Experience of 6 months or more in a similar role.
- Open class Australian Driver's Licence and own insured, roadworthy vehicle.
- Guaranteed hours and shifts in the Fairfield area.
- Award rate $33.82 per hour + Super + Paid KM's.
