Personal Care Worker Job Description">

Right at Home Sydney Randwick is seeking experienced and compassionate Personal Care Workers to join our team. As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional client care and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services and build strong relationships with clients and their families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care assistance to clients, including showering, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting with domestic tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
  • Transporting clients to appointments and social activities
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans with clients and their families

Essential requirements include:

  • Current or enrolled in Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability Services
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Smart mobile phone
  • Driver's licence and comprehensive insurance

Preferred skills and qualifications include experience in aged care, disability, spinal, bowel care, or AIN background, and ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
