About The Role

Our focus is on enabling the ageing and disabled community to live fulfilling lives at home, doing what they love. The role involves providing around-the-clock care, with visits scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight based on client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide genuine, compassionate, and personalized care experiences
  • Assist with activities of daily living: personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transport, companionship
  • Follow care plans developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
  • Ensure safety and proper use of equipment
  • Accurately complete records and documentation

Skills & Experience

  • Passion for making a difference
  • Self-led with responsibility for own behavior and success
  • Coachable attitude
  • Previous caregiving experience is an asset
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to report care concerns to Care Designers
  • Reliable transportation; drivers with own vehicle are an asset

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community Support, or Disability, or extensive industry experience
  • National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector)
  • Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
  • NDIS Clearance
