UX/UI Designer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team. This 6-month contract has the possibility of extensions up to 24 months.

  • This role is open to Australian citizens with the ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Mapped user journeys, identified business process pain points and provided solutions to meet business needs.
  2. Developed high-level artefacts including user experience templates, user journeys and data flows.
  3. Conducted user research and accessibility studies.
  4. Collaborated with stakeholders to deliver common patterns and templates, including facilitation of workshops to define and agree successful outputs.

Previous Federal Government experience is desirable for this role.
