**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to support the delivery of a new customer portal while working within an agile team and connected to a mature in-house UX team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in designing and delivering information architectures, wireframes, user interface and visual designs, and design asset libraries.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver comprehensive user experience solutions that meet business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design solutions into the product roadmap.

- Conduct user research and testing using visual tools, analytics, and evidence to inform design decisions.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to advocate for user-centered design approaches.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.

**Requirements:**

**Essential Criteria:**

- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in an agile environment.

- Strong portfolio of successful user experience projects that demonstrate expertise in designing and delivering information architectures, wireframes, user interface and visual designs, and design asset libraries.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

- Ability to articulate design vision and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).

**Desirable Criteria:**

- Tertiary qualifications in human-centered design, behavioral psychology, product/project management, information technology, or significant experience in these fields.

- Experience in large-scale digital transformations.
