UX/UI Designer Job

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience and interface design, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements, working closely with product and business owners.\
  • Conduct stakeholder engagement activities to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with project objectives.\
  • Develop and implement wireframes and prototypes, using low and high-fidelity design methods.\
  • User research and usability testing to identify opportunities for improvement.\
  • Capture and analyze data related to project requirements.\
  • Influence project documentation to support the UI/UX requirements definition.\
  • Assist in the development of the client's design system.\
  • Produce deliverables in accordance with project schedules.\
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and liaise with business areas and teams to recommend enhancements.\
  • Maintain documentation, processes, and decisions to support knowledge transfer and future enhancements.\


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the elicitation of UI/UX requirement techniques such as brainstorming, workshops, prototyping, observation, or interviews, and confirming or reporting on results.\
  • Contemporary knowledge of UI/UX Methodologies and experience designing to meet WCAG guidelines.\
  • Experience designing for Salesforce and accessibility requirements.\
