Job Summary

This senior-level management position plays a pivotal role in aligning our organization with industry best practices for asset management. The Asset Management Integration Manager oversees asset management services, implementing and reviewing asset management plans to ensure effective budget management and collaboration with the asset management team.

  • The primary objective of this role is to integrate state-wide projects and provide strategic guidance to meet our organizational objectives.
  • This involves managing large-scale service contracts and procurement processes, as well as providing financial/budget management expertise.
  • The successful candidate will have extensive experience in asset data management and analysis, with the ability to run, reconcile, and manipulate significant amounts of asset data to produce meaningful reports for senior executives.
About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong understanding of asset management principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in middle-upper level management, supervising diverse teams effectively, managing large area-wide service contracts and procurement processes, and providing financial/budget management expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and review asset management plans to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
  • Ensure effective budget management through prudent financial decision-making
  • Develop and maintain asset management systems to support informed decision-making
  • Integrate state-wide projects to drive business outcomes
  • Provide strategic guidance to meet organizational objectives
Requirements
  • Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in a relevant field, or similar attained through extensive experience, with a demonstrated understanding of asset management principles and practices.
  • Minimum 3 years of successful experience in middle-upper level management, preferably in a multi-disciplinary environment, showcasing the ability to supervise diverse teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in ICT management systems related to asset management, including the ability to provide strategic advice and project management support for ongoing system development.
  • Demonstrated understanding of risk management and asset condition management, including experience in strategic asset management planning, quality maintenance procedures, and lifecycle modelling.
  • Extensive experience in asset data management and analysis, with the ability to run, reconcile, and manipulate significant amounts of asset data to produce meaningful reports for senior executives.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills that are evidenced by effective and genuine relationship development with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in financial/budget management, including managing large area-wide service contracts and procurement processes.
