We offer specialized therapy services to the community, schools, and various departments. Our Positive Behavior Support Early Intervention program is registered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and delivered throughout Western Australia.
This role will be based in Canning Vale, with opportunities to support remote clients through DIDO/FIFO arrangements. A commitment to regular travel is required, once a month for 5-10 days dependent on case load.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver PBS services to participants under their NDIS plans.
- Support NDIS participants with disability, their carers, family, and significant others.
- Develop behavior support plans and functional behavioral assessments.
- Lead a team and support other core practitioners.
- A relevant qualification in an Allied Health background or Behavioral Science.
- Demonstrated experience working with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
- Current Working With Children's Check, National Police Certificate, and valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
