Job Title: Grants Manager

**About the Role:**

The Grants Manager will play a vital role in identifying and securing grant funding opportunities that align with our strategic objectives. This involves maintaining a strong and proactive approach to managing a robust grants pipeline, continuously prospecting, tracking, and prioritising potential funding sources to support our evolving needs and financial sustainability.

As a confident communicator who builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners alike, you will identify new opportunities that enhance our impact and effectiveness. You will also lead the development of award submissions that elevate our reputation and showcase the breadth of our work.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Preparation and management of budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring compliance with grant terms.
  • Collection, analysis, and reporting on project outcomes to demonstrate grant impact and align with funder requirements.
  • Development of engaging grant submission, proposals, and business cases, as well as maintaining clear reporting and strong stakeholder relationships.

**Requirements:

  • Strategic thinking and ability to craft compelling narratives that align with both the Award requirements and our broader mission.
  • Highly developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work under limited supervision.
