About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced field sales professional to join our dynamic team as Sales Development Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oil and lubricant industry sales, with a proven track record of acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with key customers, and identifying new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through effective communication and relationship management.
  • Identify new market opportunities and channels to increase sales revenue.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and events to promote products and services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of field sales experience in the oil and lubricant industry.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ability to maintain customer relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Previous experience in commercial sales and account management is highly desirable.
