About the Role

We're seeking an analytical thinker to join our Demand and Supply Planning Team, responsible for inventory health in 6 parent locations and 10 child locations from 4 supply locations around the world.

As an Inventory Planner and Analyst, you'll help us maximise inventory availability while minimising stock-holding and create demand and supply plans to match factory capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review inventory levels, create transfer orders, and balance inventory relative to demand at each location
  • Work with the Production Team to match supply plans to factory capacity
  • Conduct root-cause analyses and implement fixes for declining stock availability
  • Collaborate with the Digital Sales team to allocate inventory for campaigns
  • Identify manual processes that can be automated and work with the Data Team to implement solutions
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a data-rich environment, with experience sourcing data from different systems and ensuring it's clean
  • High proficiency in spreadsheets and some exposure to and interest in SQL
  • Ability to plan with precision and attention to detail, noticing when we're getting off-track and proactively putting corrective actions in place
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with tools such as Netsuite (ERP) and Looker (BI Tool)
