**About the Role**
Reporting directly to the Merchandise Manager, this pivotal role entails spearheading the coordination and analysis of all trading activities for Dune London. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining weekly merchandise plans for sales and units, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborating closely with the Buying Team to develop a well-balanced range that adheres to OTB constraints.
- Effectively manage stock allocation, replenishment, and consolidation as needed to optimise inventory efficiently.
- Providing timely advice to stores regarding style consolidation initiatives.
- Liasing with ecommerce, marketing, and buying teams to strategically plan style density and distribution.
- Ensuring the continuity of flow plans for all core lines and facilitating the timely placement of repeat orders.
- Methodically recording store results from promotions to inform future promotional endeavours.
- Assisting in the preparation of comprehensive weekly trading results for the Monday trade meeting.
- Actively participating in seasonal reviews to evaluate buy quantities, store gridding, capacity, ratio packs, and key and core lines.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in a similar role, ideally for a fashion retail company.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Possess strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Able to work alongside a range of key senior stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
- Able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organisation.
