We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or Paramedic to join our team at the Surat Basin site in remote Queensland. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality clinical care in a challenging and rewarding remote work environment.

The role operates on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (2/2) FIFO roster. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering primary and emergency health care, including advanced life support, trauma management, and resuscitation as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Conduct daily medical clinics, manage work-related and non-work-related injuries and illnesses, and facilitate return-to-work planning.">
  • Liaise with internal and external healthcare providers for medevacs and specialist referrals.">
  • Conduct drug and alcohol testing, health surveillance, and facilitate health assessments such as audiometry and spirometry.">
  • Facilitate health-related training programs including First Aid, CPR, Injury Management, and occupational health awareness.">
  • Maintain medical facilities and equipment to a high standard, ensuring alignment with clinical governance and client protocols.">
  • Promote workplace health initiatives and deliver training sessions aligned with the Healthier Santos strategy.">
  • Uphold all health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.">
  • Essential Qualifications and Experience: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Paramedic. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).">
